About the artist

Wil Lansing grew up on the Mississippi River just south of Memphis, TN. He was hooked on creativity from an early age. Be it music, wood carving, photography, or pretty much anything else creative, he loved it. This was odd because he is an extreme left brain person. He says he’s the most right brained, left brained person that you will meet.

Wil started creating composites in 2015 and has never looked back. He combines his own photos, purchased collections, stock photos and even some AI to create wonderful Fine Art Composites. His goal is to always try to evoke some sort of emotion with his work, be it sad, happy, lonely, stressed, calm, etc. Wil feels to be true art it must evoke an emotion.

He counts among his influences the work of Julieanne Kost, Brooke Shaden, and Sarolta Ban.
